FAQs

What am I actually buying?

You are purchasing a limited-edition physical artwork, produced to the highest archival standards and authenticated with a Certificate of Authenticity and a Digital Provenance Claim (DPC). The DPC records authorship, ownership history, and eligible collector entitlements tied to your artwork.

Are all SoqWallet COLLECTIONS the same format?

No. SoqWallet is intentionally format-agnostic. Depending on the creator and collection, artworks may include archival pigment prints, sculptural works, mixed media, textiles, or other physical expressions. Each product page specifies the exact format.

What does “Limited Edition” mean?

A Limited Edition means the artwork is produced in a fixed, finite quantity. Once the edition sells out, no additional works of that exact artwork, size, and format will be produced.

Why are editions divided into tiers (for example, 1–50 and 51–100)?

Edition tiers recognize early collectors while preserving the integrity of the full release. Certain tiers may receive distinct recognition, priority access, or future collector-controlled capabilities as the SoqWallet ecosystem evolves.

How is buying from SoqWallet different from buying art elsewhere online?

SoqWallet releases limited edition collections that are aligned with our fundamental artist-first intentions, pairing museum-grade physical art with long-term stewardship and verified provenance. Each artwork is authenticated, meticulously produced, and documented with both a Certificate of Authenticity and a Digital Provenance Claim.

SoqWallet offers multiple ways to purchase and own, designed to accommodate collector transaction preference:
- Credit cards for ease, familiarity, and convenience
- Stablecoins for price stability and lower transaction friction
- Cryptocurrency conversion and direct sends for collectors who wish to transition legacy digital holdings into future-forward, physical artworks

This flexibility allows collectors to acquire meaningful art in the way that feels most comfortable—today—while remaining compatible with modern systems of ownership and optional future capabilities not available through traditional marketplaces.

When will I receive my artwork after purchase?

Most orders are delivered within 10–15 business days. Works are processed in weekly production batches to ensure quality, then shipped via FedEx. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 2–4 weeks.

How are prints packaged and shipped?

Unframed prints are shipped in crush-proof tubes, protected with glassine and kraft paper. Orders containing multiple unframed prints may be shipped flat, secured in protective sleeves between double-ply cardboard sheets.

For collectors who select the Paul Frank–specified black frame, artworks are professionally framed using protective UV acrylic and shipped fully assembled. Framed works are packed with museum-grade materials, corner protection, and reinforced boxing to ensure safe delivery and preserve archival quality in transit.

All packaging methods are carefully chosen to protect the artwork and maintain its condition from studio to collector.

Do you ship internationally, and how are VAT or import taxes handled?

Yes, we ship internationally. VAT and import taxes are not included in your purchase price and must be paid prior to delivery. FedEx will contact you directly to collect these fees on behalf of your local customs authority.

NOTE: For Paul Frank Industries / Julius & Friends collections, unfortunately we are restricted from shipping to Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Israel, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria.

What if my order arrives damaged?

SoqWallet & Static Medium provide shipping insurance on orders valued at $500 and above. If your artwork arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the packaging and item to info@staticmedium.com and our amazing partner Static Medium will assist you promptly.

Can I return or exchange my artwork if I change my mind?

Due to the sensitive and limited nature of these works, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What are the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and the Digital Provenance Claim (DPC)?

Every SoqWallet artwork includes both a physical Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and a Digital Provenance Claim (DPC).

The COA is a traditional, physical document that accompanies the artwork. It verifies the artist, edition, and production details, and serves as a tangible record of authenticity in the long-standing art-world tradition.

The DPC is a secure digital record that mirrors and extends this information. It documents authorship, ownership history, and provenance in a durable, future-ready format, acting as the artwork’s digital twin for verification and access.

Together, the COA and DPC are physically and digitally linked to the same artwork, reinforcing one another. The artwork remains complete and collectible on its own, while the combined documentation protects authenticity, preserves lineage, and enables collector-controlled capabilities on SoqWallet and Stable∞Fusion.

Is the DPC a speculative asset?

No. A DPC is not speculative, trading token, or marketplace-driven asset - it is the exact opposite. SoqWallet DPC's exist to document provenance and enable verified ownership, not to encourage speculation or volatility.

Do I need crypto or a wallet to own my artwork?

No. Your artwork is complete and collectible on its own. Digital activation and wallets are optional and only relevant if a collector chooses to engage additional features in the future.

What does activation unlock, if I choose to activate?

Activation is optional and collector-controlled. You can enjoy, display, gift, or resell your artwork exactly as you would any traditional fine art piece. The digital layer exists to support provenance and additional capabilities.

When Stable∞Fusion becomes available, eligible DPCs may unlock:
* Collector-only access and privileges
* Priority access to future releases
* Community participation rewards
* Optional Stable∞Fusion rewards programs
